Personal Greeting from Cathie and the NEM Team
As 2025 comes to a close, we are deeply grateful—for the women who let us walk beside them as they step out of treatment and rebuild their lives, the volunteers, and for the community that makes this journey possible.
Your support has opened doors to Peer Support, job preparation, transportation, housing navigation, and essential life-skills mentoring. With every connection and every courageous new beginning, we are watching women dream again—sometimes for the very first time.
And now we invite you to step into the next phase and our biggest chapter yet!
The Dream House Is Finally Within Reach
This December, New Each Morning entered into contract to purchase a 2.3-acre property with a 3,364 sq. ft. home that can begin the dream to provide safe and secure housing for women graduating from treatment programs with no where to live.
A safe environment where women can discover stability, identity, and the opportunity of possibility
For the first time since 2019, the long-held dream of providing safe, stable, sober interim and emergency housing is no longer just an idea—it is the dream within grasp.
To secure this property, we must raise $1.2 million. Because the seller shares the vision, she has graciously agreed to carry financing for three years with a $200,000 down payment, making every gift—big or small—transformational. We are scheduled to close 12/29/25. We have received a very generous $100,000 donation invested in the vision.
This is the moment.
